That is why we have established a multi-stage delivery system that allows us to organize the supply of parts from different countries as efficiently and predictably as possible.
Whether you are ordering a standard item or a rare part for a specific VIN, every order undergoes a full cycle of logistical support: from international procurement and transportation to handover to the client within Georgia. We monitor cargo movement at every stage, provide advance information on deadlines, and fix the cost before order confirmation.
Below is a detailed description of how international delivery to Georgia is carried out, how local order transfers are organized, what timeframes to expect, and how the final cost is calculated.
How Delivery Works:
Delivery to Georgia (International Stage)
We manage the purchase and shipment of orders from suppliers in the USA, UK, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Europe, and Asia to our central warehouse in Georgia.
Process: We handle full logistical support, including international transport, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities.
Timeframe: On average, 10–15 business days (depending on the supplier's location and customs terminal processing speeds).
Cost: Calculated individually based on the country of origin, actual and volumetric weight, and product category. The final cost is fixed in the invoice upon order confirmation.
Customs: Please note that customs duties (if tax-free import limits are exceeded) are paid separately by the Customer in accordance with Georgian law.
Delivery within Georgia (Local Stage)
Upon arrival at our central warehouse in Georgia, your order is handed over to INEX or Yandex delivery services.
To a INEX Office: Pick up your order at one of the branches at your convenience.
Timeframe: 1–2 business days from the moment of arrival in Georgia.
Cost: Starting from 8 GEL.
Door-to-Door Courier Delivery (INEX, Yandex): Delivery to your home or office in any populated area.
Timeframe: 1–2 business days.
Cost: Starting from 11 GEL.

Courier delivery is available throughout the entire territory of Georgia.
Transparency and Control
We ensure you always have up-to-date information regarding your order's location.
Status Updates: Each order is assigned an internal number. You can check the current delivery status at any time by contacting your personal manager. We notify clients of key stages: item purchase, arrival at the central warehouse, and readiness for pickup.
Safety: We monitor packaging quality at intermediate stages to ensure the part reaches you in perfect condition.
Support: Our goal is to provide flawless service. We handle all communication with international carriers, saving you from logistical complexities.
