Return Policy
1
Dear Customers! We strive to provide high-quality service and transparent terms of cooperation. Please review our return policy before placing an order.
These rules define the interaction between the Parties should it become necessary to return goods purchased by the Contractor on behalf of the Customer.
1. General Provisions
1.1. IE Razova Ekaterina (vozar.ge)is a service intermediary (Contractor). We are not the owners of the goods, their manufacturers, or a retail store.
1.2. All claims regarding the quality, completeness, and applicability of the goods are forwarded by the Contractor to the final Seller (supplier).
2. Return of Non-Defective Goods
2.1. Selection Error: Since goods are purchased individually upon the Customer’s request, returns for reasons such as "does not fit," "wrong part number," "not needed," or "found it cheaper" are not provided.
2.2. Seller's Discretion: A return is only possible if the original Seller (foreign store/warehouse) agrees to accept the part back.
2.3. Financial Terms: In case of a return of non-defective goods:
The Contractor’s commission for procurement and logistics services is non-refundable.
All costs for return international logistics to the supplier’s warehouse are paid by the Customer.
Funds for the goods are returned to the Customer only after the Contractor actually receives the money from the Seller.
3. Returns for Defects (Improper Quality)
3.1. If a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, the Customer must provide:
A brief defect report from an authorized service station;
Photo/video evidence of the defect.
3.2. The Contractor undertakes to initiate a complaint procedure with the Seller.
3.3. Upon confirmation of the defect by the supplier, a full refund is issued or a free replacement is provided (depending on the supplier's decision).
4. Non-Returnable Items
According to international trade rules and the policy of most global auto parts suppliers, the following are not eligible for return:
Electronic components: Control units, sensors, relays, modules — if the packaging has been opened or there are signs of installation attempts.
Consumables: Oils, technical fluids, filters — after the seal of the package is broken.
Used (B-grade) parts: If the Contractor’s markings are damaged or there are signs of use not agreed upon at the time of purchase.
5. Inspection upon Receipt
5.1. The Customer is obliged to inspect the goods for mechanical damage at the time of receipt(at the pickup point or from the courier).
5.2. Signing the receipt document without noting damages means the goods were delivered safely, and subsequent claims for external defects will not be accepted.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Contractor does not provide its own operational warranty for spare parts.
6.2. New parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The Contractor provides informational support to the Customer in exercising their rights for warranty repair/replacement during the period established by the manufacturer.
